Janeane Garofalo played an integral role as "Paula the Talent Booker" in what one critic described as the best situation comedy ever, "The Larry Sanders Show." She has made numerous guest appearances on sitcoms from "Mad about You"  to "Seinfeld" and "The King of Queens,"  dramas from "The Sopranos" to "West Wing," and animated series from "Dr. Katz" to "The Simpsons."

Two and a Half Men

Charlie (Charlie Sheen) meets a beautiful woman at an event he's accompanying Evelyn (Holland Taylor) to, and she cautions to stay away; the woman is married. He doesn't, of course, but he can't do the deed. Alan (Jon Cryer) has his own female issues: a woman -- played by the wonderful Janeane Garofalo -- whose post-coital behavior is a bit... odd.
